 The 2010 hunting season was a great one for all of us on Brush Mountain. We welcomed a number of new hunters to the mountain and had a great time getting to know everyone as they came in for the hunt.
The 2009 season culminated with a 99% kill rate; with a late rut, 2010 closed up with a kill rate closer to 90%. We were very proud that everyone got close to the animals, even if they didn't all go home with one this year! A great season for all of us! New this year will be our Archery and Muzzle Loader seasons and we continue to offer exciting and successful rifle hunts on Brush Mountain. Well, winter is in full effect here in the valley, the lodge is snow-covered and the elk have made way to lower country. It's quiet in the meadows, too. So bring your snowmobiles and enjoy the snowy beauty that is upon us here on Brush Mountain. We'll see you out there!
